A Dry martini is made with 60 ml gin and 10 ml dry vermouth. Stirred and served in a martini glass.
Gin, a whisper of dry vermouth and a lot of stirring. The dry martini is about temperature and restraint: keep everything ice cold and serve it right away.
Ingredients
1 glass
- Gin60 ml
- Dry vermouth10 ml
- Orange bittersoptional1 dash
Garnish Olive or lemon zest
Preparation
- Stir the ingredients for 30 seconds in a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Strain into a well-chilled martini glass.
