A Gin fizz is made with 50 ml gin, 25 ml lemon juice and 15 ml simple syrup, topped with soda water. Shaken and served in a highball glass.

A gin sour lengthened with soda and served without ice. Add an egg white for a silky, cloud-like texture — that's the version bartenders love.
