A Dark 'n' Stormy is made with 100 ml ginger beer, 10 ml lime juice and 60 ml dark rum. Built in the glass and served in a highball glass.
Spicy ginger beer below, dark rum floating on top like a storm cloud. Sip it layered, or stir it and let the weather settle.

Garnish Lime wedge
Preparation
- Fill the glass with ice and ginger beer.
- Add the lime.
- Float the rum on top.
