A Gimlet is made with 60 ml gin, 20 ml lime juice and 15 ml simple syrup. Shaken and served in a coupe.
Gin, lime and a little sugar. Sharp, bracing and cool — the gimlet is a reminder that a great cocktail can fit on a napkin.

Garnish Lime wheel
Preparation
- Shake hard with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
