A Negroni is made with 30 ml gin, 30 ml Campari and 30 ml sweet vermouth. Stirred and served in an old fashioned glass.

Equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, stirred over ice. Said to have been born in Florence around 1919, the negroni is the bittersweet apéritif every bar should know by heart.
