An Oaxaca old fashioned is made with 45 ml tequila blanco, 15 ml mezcal, 5 ml agave syrup and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Stirred and served in an old fashioned glass.
Tequila and a touch of mezcal stand in for whiskey, sweetened with agave. A modern classic from New York's Death & Co: earthy, smoky and smooth.
Ingredients

Garnish Flamed orange zest
Preparation
- Stir with ice.
- Strain over a large ice cube.
