A Penicillin is made with 60 ml scotch, 25 ml lemon juice and 25 ml honey-ginger syrup. Shaken and served in an old fashioned glass.
A whisky sour sweetened with honey-ginger syrup. Created in New York in the 2000s, it's warming, spicy and soothing — the bartender's cure-all.

Preparation
- Shake with ice.
- Strain over a large ice cube.
