A Maple old fashioned is made with 60 ml rye whiskey, 7.5 ml maple syrup and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Stirred and served in an old fashioned glass.
Rye whiskey sweetened with maple syrup instead of sugar. Woody, spicy and a little caramelised — a sugar-shack twist on the original.
Ingredients

- Rye whiskey60 ml
- Maple syrup7.5 ml
- Angostura bitters2 dashes
Garnish Orange zest
Preparation
- Stir with ice.
- Strain over a large ice cube.
