An Old fashioned is made with 60 ml bourbon, 7.5 ml simple syrup and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Stirred and served in an old fashioned glass.
Spirit, sugar, bitters and water — the very definition of a cocktail. Stir it slowly, pour it over one big cube and let the orange oils do the rest.
Ingredients

- Bourbon60 ml
- Simple syrup7.5 ml
- Angostura bitters2 dashes
Garnish Orange zest
Preparation
- Stir the ingredients with ice for 30 seconds.
- Strain over a large ice cube.
- Express the orange zest over the glass.
