A Paloma is made with 50 ml tequila blanco, 60 ml grapefruit juice and 15 ml lime juice, topped with soda water. Built in the glass and served in a highball glass.

In Mexico the paloma outsells the margarita. Tequila, grapefruit, lime, a pinch of salt and soda — tart, salty and endlessly refreshing.
