A Caesar is made with 45 ml vodka, 120 ml Clamato, 10 ml lime juice, 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce and 2 dashes of Tabasco. Built in the glass and served in a highball glass.

Born in Calgary in 1969, the Caesar trades the Bloody Mary's tomato juice for Clamato. Rimmed with celery salt and spiked with hot sauce, it's savoury, briny and very Canadian.
