Built
An Aperol spritz is made with 90 ml prosecco, 60 ml Aperol and 30 ml soda water. Built in the glass and served in a wine glass.
Three parts prosecco, two parts Aperol, a splash of soda. Bitter orange, gentle bubbles and very little effort — the drink that turns any balcony into a Venetian terrace.
Ingredients

- Prosecco90 ml
- Aperol60 ml
- Soda water30 ml
Garnish Orange slice
Preparation
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour the prosecco, then the Aperol, then the soda water.
