A Virgin mojito is made with 25 ml lime juice, 20 ml simple syrup and 8 leaves of fresh mint, topped with soda water. Muddled and served in a highball glass.
Mint, lime, sugar, crushed ice and soda. Everything that makes a mojito refreshing, minus the rum.

Preparation
- Gently press the mint with the syrup and lime.
- Fill with crushed ice and top up with soda water.
